Before Registration

1. Who can register as a seller on Omazoon?
Anyone with products to sell – individuals, home businesses, or stores.
2. Do I need a commercial license?
Registration is open to everyone, but you need to make sure that your business or artisan activity does not violate the laws and regulations in force in the Sultanate of Oman.
3. Is there a registration fee?
No, registration is completely free.
4. What benefits do I get after registration?
A personal store, product display, order management, reports, technical support, and 3 months with 0% commission and for the first 3 months of the first real sale..

After Registration

1. How do I upload products?
Via the seller app – choose "Add Product" and fill in the details.
2. Can I edit products later?
Yes, you can update, hide, or delete any product.
3. Is there a limit to how many products I can upload?
Currently, there’s no specific limit.

Selling & Delivery

1. How are orders delivered?
As a seller, you are preparing the order, and the representative is ordering from the application, either in your own way or through the shipping offices, and will soon announce cooperation programs with shipping companies.
2. Does Omazoon provide delivery service?
Not yet, but delivery partnerships are coming soon.

Commission & Plans

3. Is there a sales commission?
Yes, 10% after the free period ends.
4. Is the commission per product or per order?
Per order sold.
5. Are there subscription plans?
Yes, we’ll offer promotional plans soon.

Withdrawals

1. How do I receive my earnings?
Via bank transfer or approved wallet.
2. What are the withdrawal conditions?
Minimum amount required; withdrawal possible after 3 work days from delivery.
3. Are there any withdrawal fees?
Depends on the bank or method used.
4. How do I request to withdraw the amounts earned from the sale through the app?
Quite simply, go to the wallet from the menu button, then request a withdrawal from there
5. How do I track my income?
From the dashboard: earnings and orders.

Analytics

1. How can I monitor my sales?
Through the reports section in the app.
2. Can I see my top-selling products?
Yes, from the product analytics section.
3. Are there weekly or monthly reports?
Yes, based on your selected time range.

1. What if I face a problem?

2. Can customers request refunds?
Yes, based on our return policy.
3. Can I withdraw from the platform after I have registered?
Yes, at any time, but you have to inform the platform manager that you don't want to continue.
