SELLER PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Part 1: Introduction

Omazoon prioritizes the safety and satisfaction of both sellers and buyers in our selling program. These prohibited seller activities and actions have been established to maintain a program that is not only safe for buyers but also encourages fair selling practices of products and services.

It is important to note that Omazoon reserves the right to prohibit the seller or their product if policy violations occur.

Failure to comply with this policy may result in the immediate cancellation of current or future listings, suspension of any usage of Omazoon’s tools and reports, and the removal of selling privileges. In cases where account suspension occurs, Omazoon may withhold payments until customer satisfaction is confirmed, and may take further action if fraudulent or illegal activities are detected.

Part 2: General Guidelines

• Avoid sending buyers away from the Omazoon platform: Do not use advertisements, marketing messages, or hyperlinks that encourage users to leave the website.
• Do not use misleading business names: Ensure business names do not infringe trademarks or mislead customers.
• Avoid sending advertising emails: Sending marketing emails to Omazoon customers is prohibited.
• Do not misuse customer phone numbers: Use them only for fulfilling orders and delete them after use.
• Only have one seller account: Multiple accounts require approval.
• Do not hack Omazoon’s system: Excessive data uploads or misuse of services will result in restrictions.
• Do not manipulate reviews: Fake reviews or incentivized feedback are prohibited.
• Do not cheat search rankings: Keyword stuffing and deceptive listings are not allowed.

Part 3: Additional Rules for Sellers

• Do not increase prices after a deal is agreed: Maintain fair pricing practices.
• Do not duplicate listings: Ensure products match descriptions accurately.

Part 4: Additional Rules for Service Providers

• Do not upsell during service: Only offer services as described.
• Use only approved technicians: Unauthorized personnel are not allowed.
