Order Cancellation Policy for Sellers

Article 1: Scope of Application
This policy applies to all commercial transactions between customers and sellers conducted through the Omazoon platform, and it forms an integral part of the general terms and conditions of using the platform.
Article 2: Order Cancellation Before Shipping
- The customer has the right to cancel the order at any time before the seller ships the product, without any fees or financial obligations.
- The seller must update the order status in the system immediately upon shipping, and this timestamp shall be considered the official reference.
Article 3: Order Cancellation After Shipping
- An order cancelled after shipping shall be treated as a return request and is subject to the platform's return policy.
- The customer shall bear all round-trip shipping costs and any pre-declared administrative or return fees.
Article 4: Custom or Personalized Orders
- Custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled after the seller has started processing the order.
- The seller must clearly state in the product description that the item is non-cancellable or non-returnable.
Article 5: Seller Responsibility in Case of Delay
- The customer has the right to cancel the order without incurring any fees if the seller delays beyond the declared preparation time without valid justification.
- Omazoon reserves the right to take appropriate action against sellers with repeated delays.
Article 6: Compensation
- The seller may claim compensation for actual preparation costs if the customer cancels the order after processing has begun, provided such costs were explicitly disclosed in the product description.
- Sellers are not allowed to impose undisclosed cancellation or preparation fees.
Article 7: Final Provisions
- Omazoon reserves the right to review customer and seller behavior regarding cancellations and take necessary measures where misuse is detected.
- This policy is subject to change without prior notice, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
