Packaging and Shipping Preparation Instructions – Seller Responsibility

The Seller acknowledges full responsibility for packaging and preparing products for shipment in a way that ensures their safety and integrity, and protects them from any damage during transport or delivery. The Seller must comply with the following standards when fulfilling orders:

1. Packaging Materials:
- Use strong and appropriate cardboard boxes or packaging materials suitable for the product's size and weight.
- Place fragile or sensitive items within protective padding (e.g., bubble wrap, foam) to prevent movement and impact.
- Do not use recycled, dirty, or unsuitable packaging materials.

2. Sealing and Securing:
- Securely seal the package with durable tape.
- Ensure the product is fixed inside the package and cannot move during transport.

3. Labeling and Documentation:
- Clearly affix the external shipping label on the parcel with complete sender and recipient information.
- Include an internal slip or invoice if required, listing order details.

4. Special or Sensitive Products:
- Carefully package fragile items and mark the box as “Fragile”.
- Perishable or regulated items (e.g., food, chemicals) must be packed in compliance with safety and handling guidelines.

5. Preparation Time:
- Orders must be packaged and dispatched within the designated processing time without delay.

6. Prohibited Packaging Practices:
- Do not use unsealed plastic bags, packaging that exposes the product to contamination or damage.
- Avoid using any branded or trademarked packaging not owned by the Seller.

The Seller bears full liability for any damage, loss, delay, or complaint arising from non-compliance with these instructions. The Platform reserves the right to take appropriate action, including withholding payments, suspending the account, or charging the Seller for shipping or compensation costs.
